Train (Torture) Your Trainer Holiday Charity Event
On Friday Dec. 1, 2023 from 4-7 PM, we are hosting a Train (Torture) Your Trainer event in support of Closer to Home’s Adopt-a-Family program, in collaboration with Vital Strength & Physiology and Method Fitness.
